Our story began in 2001, when Jeff left the city behind in search of something simpler. Somewhere with good waves, open spaces, and the freedom to live life a little differently.
He found Marbella, a small coastal village on Costa Rica’s Pacific coast, surrounded by untouched nature, beautiful beaches, and a community that still moves at its own pace.
What started as a love for surfing and a dream of a different way of life slowly grew into something much bigger.
And that’s how MarbellaCostaRica.com began.
More Than Real Estate
For over 25 years, we’ve been part of Marbella’s story.
What began with a simple vision has grown into five communities, more than 500 custom lots, and 25 homes, all created with an appreciation for the land and the natural beauty that makes this place so special.
We’ve watched Marbella grow, welcomed new neighbours, and helped people from around the world find their own little piece of Costa Rica.
But through it all, our philosophy has stayed the same.
